A sustainable future with plastic through innovation
RPC Bramlage Division is dedicated to growth and expansion, but that doesn’t mean we’re willing to progress at any cost. We work within a company-wide ethical framework that allows us to interact with each other meaningfully, giving our best not only to the firm but to our community.
Our team members are our greatest asset, so we’re careful to be of benefit to the society in which we operate. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives at Bramlage range from supporting our regional handball team to participating in local charity events.
Health & Safety
We are firmly committed to a number of health and safety initiatives that seek to keep our team members safe while at work and improve their quality of life when at home. Further, we make sure to adhere strictly to all local, national, and international safety regulations in our plants and offices, offering all materials and processes required to make people feel secure and comfortable while working. Our current goal is "One year with zero lost-time accidents", which we then wish to extend to the next year, the year after that, and beyond. Our safety policies revolve around very specific key points, including the fact that our work is never so urgent or important that we cannot take the time to do it safely, that each of us is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of others, that we must wear the appropriate protective equipment at all times, that we do not take short cuts or compromise on safety, and others. Further, we adhere to all local, national, and international safety regulations in our plants and offices.
The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. At RPC Bramlage Division, we embrace the energy and perspective that younger generations offer. We have several parallel internship and apprenticeship programs available for young people that want to make a positive impact not only on our company but on the packaging industry in general. Fresh ideas and a desire to make a difference are a commodity we value highly.
RPC Bramlage Division looks to the future: new frontiers must always be contemplated in order to steer our company in the right direction. Our engagement in corporate social responsibility projects is no different. We continually seek to engage with the members of our community and discern where we can be of use to the public in our vicinity. Our perspective isn't limited to weeks or months, we actively plan our initiatives within a scope of years.
Managing factories and office space efficiently and conscientiously is a challenge we believe must be surmounted. New technologies offer a world of possibilities that can be exploited to improve staff comfort and lower the environmental impact of heating and cooling systems. All of our facilities have been streamlined in order to make sure they are as efficient as cutting edge technologies will allow, always keeping our planet and our people top of mind.
Our company is part of a larger world, it is an entity that is comprised of people and exists within a larger social structure. We consider it a top priority to participate in social initiatives that seek to improve our planet and our small part of it. Each project in which we take part is structured to maximise our positive impact on societal issues, and our people are always willing to lend a hand to strengthen the concept of the "global village".
