As part of its commitment to develop packaging solutions that work for brands, Berry is excited to announce that its popular Supersoft flip top closure for tubes is now available in lightweight polyethylene (PE).

Combined with a PE-based tube, this allows companies to offer a mono-material pack solution. When packaging is made with only one material, it is typically easier to be recycled. By comparison, it is not easy for recycling centres to separate PE tubes from polypropylene (PP) caps and the resulting material is of little value.

Just as important, the quality and performance of the new PE closure remains exactly the same as the original PP version. Choose from a range of sizes, from 30mm to 50mm.
